At Quadmark, you will:

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our clients’ products, services, target audiences, and brand standards.
  • Take complex briefs, ask questions, and help to define the training needs.
  • Develop learning objectives and craft innovative, engaging training solutions. ms, ensuring its ongoing accuracy. Track continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Design learner journeys, providing relevant industry insights and applying the latest adult learning theories and instructional design methodologies.
  • Create a variety of materials that meet the defined objectives of each project. For example, slide decks, activity sheets, video scripts, e-learning modules, games, and short-form content.
  • Justify solutions with supporting evidence and provide creative feedback at each stage of the development process to ensure the output will achieve all client goals.
  • Quality check content to make sure that there is consistency, flow, logic, and clarity from a user perspective, with zero tolerance for spelling and grammar errors.
  • Be flexible and willing to support other teams.

You have at least 2 years of experience creating content, preferably for people development and/or sales enablement training programs.

You are comfortable applying learning theory, creative design principles, and instructional design to craft engaging and effective learning experiences.

  • Content mastermind

You enjoy developing creative concepts and delivering high-quality content that resonates with learners and aligns with learning objectives.

  • Communication champion

You deploy strong verbal and visual communication skills to simplify complex ideas into memorable content.

  • Efficiency expert

You are able to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and solve problems while maintaining meticulous attention to detail with exceptional quality.
