Jobularity publishes career guidance and hosts job listings. This page sets out the limits of what that content is, so you can use it sensibly.
General information only
Everything published on jobularity.com is general information written for a broad audience. It is not tailored to your circumstances and it is not professional advice. Reading a guide does not create a client, advisory, or counselling relationship between you and Jobularity.
In particular, nothing on this site is:
- Legal advice. Employment law, contract terms, notice periods, non-compete clauses, and what an employer may lawfully ask you differ by country and often by state or province. Consult a qualified lawyer in your jurisdiction.
- Immigration advice. Work authorisation, visa sponsorship, and the right to work are complex and country-specific. Consult a licensed immigration adviser.
- Tax or financial advice. Guides that mention salary, contracting, or remote work across borders describe general concepts, not your tax position. Consult a qualified accountant or financial adviser.
- Individual career counselling. We write for the common case. Your industry, location, seniority, and history may put you outside it.
No guarantee of results
We cannot and do not promise that using our guides will get you interviews, a job offer, a higher salary, or a promotion. Hiring decisions are made by employers on grounds we do not control and often cannot see. Any examples, figures, or outcomes described in a guide are illustrative, not a prediction of what you will achieve.
Accuracy and currency
We research our guides carefully and correct errors when we find them. Even so, hiring norms, applicant tracking systems, platform features, and salary data all change. A guide is accurate as far as we know at the date shown on it, and may become out of date afterwards. Verify anything time-sensitive before relying on it.
Statistics and research we cite come from third parties. We link to sources where we can, but we cannot warrant the accuracy of data we did not collect.
Job listings
Listings on the Jobularity job board are supplied by the employers who post them. We do not verify every vacancy, employer, salary range, or claim in a listing, and we do not endorse any employer by hosting their advertisement. Applying for a role and any process that follows is entirely between you and that employer.
Treat job advertisements with normal caution. A legitimate employer does not ask candidates to pay a fee to apply, to buy equipment or training before starting, to handle money on the company’s behalf, or to hand over identity documents and bank details before a formal written offer. If you see a listing on our board doing any of that, please report it so we can remove it.
External links
Our guides link to other websites for sources, tools, and further reading. Those sites are not under our control. A link is not an endorsement, and we are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability, or privacy practices.
Advertising
This site displays advertising, including ads served by third-party networks. Advertisements are not editorial recommendations, are selected by the ad network rather than by us, and their presence on a page does not mean we vouch for the advertiser or their product. Where we ever publish sponsored content, it will be labelled as such. See our editorial policy for how we separate commercial and editorial work.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jobularity accepts no liability for loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, anything published on this site — including loss of employment, income, or opportunity. Your use of the site is at your own discretion and risk. This does not limit any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
