This policy covers paid job posting packages bought by employers on jobularity.com. Reading our guides and browsing the job board are free, so nothing here applies to ordinary readers or to candidates.

What you are buying

A job posting package is a digital service: the right to publish a stated number of listings on the Jobularity job board, for a stated duration, with whatever promotion the package describes. The terms shown at checkout — number of listings, duration, and inclusions — are the terms that apply to your purchase.

Cancelling before the service starts

If you have bought a package but have not yet published a listing under it, you may cancel for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Contact us through the contact page with the order reference and we will process it back to the original payment method.

Once a listing is published

Publishing a listing begins the service. Because the listing is live and visible from that moment, a package is not refundable once a listing has been published under it, except in the circumstances below.

We will refund you if:

  • The service failed. Your listing did not publish, was not visible for a material part of the paid period because of a fault on our side, or the package did not include what the checkout page said it included.
  • You were charged in error — a duplicate charge, or a charge for a package you did not buy.
  • We removed your listing without cause. If we take down a compliant listing for our own reasons, we refund the unused portion of the package.

We will not refund you if:

  • You did not get the applications you hoped for. We sell placement of a listing, not hiring outcomes, and we make no promise about application volume or candidate quality.
  • You filled the role early or withdrew the vacancy. You are welcome to close the listing, but the service was delivered.
  • We removed your listing for breach of our terms — for example a listing that is not a genuine vacancy, that charges applicants a fee, or that breaches anti-discrimination law. See section 6 of our terms.
  • The package has expired unused. Packages have the validity period stated at purchase and do not roll over.

How to request a refund

Send us a message through the contact page including:

  • the email address on the account,
  • the order reference or the date and amount of the payment,
  • which listing or package the request relates to, and
  • a short description of the problem.

We aim to acknowledge refund requests within two to three working days and to decide them within ten working days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. How quickly it appears on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer, and is usually a further five to ten working days.

Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank. Most problems are a billing error we can fix quickly. Where a chargeback is raised against a package we have already delivered, we may suspend the account until it is resolved.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy removes any right you have under the mandatory consumer law of your own country. Where local law gives you a stronger right to cancel or to a refund than this policy does, that law applies.
